What to expect:
Contact Us with your info. We provide a free initial consultation to determine if we can help you. Fill out the form with your claim information. Make sure your information is as accurate and complete as possible.
We review your claim at no charge to you. We’ll evaluate your situation and recommend the best approach with what you can expect to receive from your insurance company.
We collect the service fee and go to work with your insurance company for you. We’ll provide updates and information as to how the settlement negotiations are proceeding and if we need more information from you.
Some services involving outside parties may incur additional costs. For example, if your car needs to be towed to a service station in order to conduct an inspection, you will need to pay the towing company directly for their service.

Free Services:

Diminished Value Reports:
- Report: $600 for every $100,000 in value
- Includes diminished value appraisal and other supporting documentation for your claim.
- Investigation and advice regarding the damage to your vehicle.
Post-Collision Repair Inspection Report:
- All vehicles: $4000
- Includes detailed inspection findings, photos, comments, and inspector opinions.
- Additional documentation may be included.
- Investigation and advice regarding the nature and extent of vehicle damage.
- Towing and shop fees are extra (not included in price).
Total Loss Services:
- Total Loss Investigation & Advice (Free)
- Total Loss Report: $600 for every $100,000 in value
- Total Loss Inspection with Improper Repair Assistance: $4000 (includes investigation & advice)
- All total loss reports include:
- Full report with Actual Cash Value (ACV)
- Repair estimates
- Photos
- Findings
- Confirmation to support total loss decision
- Towing and shop fees are extra (not included in price).
Other Services:
- Courtroom Appearance/Deposition: $300/hour (includes prep fee), minimum 3 hours
- Maximum Courtroom Fee: $2400/day + travel & expenses
- Keynote/Guest Speaker Fee: $3000 (plus travel, expenses & hotel)
Payment:
- Authorization and payment required for services beyond free consultations (after virtual inspection).
- Towing, rental car, and shop tear-down fees are extra and the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner (unless covered by insurance).

Cam Cohen2025-08-28Tim was extremely easy to work with/continuously follows up with the at-fault carriers inusrance and despite their continuous attempts at stonewalling/making it difficult, they raised their amounts a couple times. I'm aware this process can take a while, but if you are unknown the world of DV claims, you have to pack your patience as its a game of wearing these companies down until you are happy with the settlement. This was a pretty convoluted DV claim as well considering it was a vehicle part of my rental fleet that was new (under 1500 miles) and our customer was hit by another individual.
